With a simple click of a button, you can easily add e-mail addresses to your address book. You can also store key contact information about the people in your list, such as address, phone number, fax number, and much more. So whether you are in your office, at home, or on the road, you have access to the contact information you need

* E-mail Forwarding - This feature allows you to forward your incoming mail to another e-mail account. You can set up your account to always forward to another e-mail account This feature allows you to continue to use any current e-mail accounts you already have.

* E-mail Attachments - send and receive virtually any kind of file as an e- mail attachment. You may include up to five attachments with a total of five megabytes of space in each e-mail message.

* Read Receipt - Finally...the peace of mind of registered mail is available for e-mail correspondence. To verify that your message is read, you can click on the "read receipt" box before you send your e-mail. It will automatically let you know when the recipient has opened your message, and reassure you that your message has not just been sent...but received!

* Search Mail - When even the most meticulous filing system fails, the Search Mail feature makes it easy to find a specific e-mail message in the shortest possible time. You can search all of your messages, or target specific folders. Search by sender, recipient or subject...the Search Mail feature will seek out the misplaced message quickly and effectively.

* Mail Priority - Some messages are more urgent than others. With Mail Priority, the recipient can tell at a glance how important your message is. Flag your outgoing e-mail message with a priority option...High, Normal, or Low, and the recipients will know immediately if it's a message that requires immediate attention and action.

* Signatures - It's easy to set up your own unique signature that will automatically appear on your outgoing mail. You also have the option of setting up different signatures, depending on the type of mail you are sending out; a professional signature can be used for business messages, and a more casual signature for personal correspondence.
